We'll start with a complimentary 45 minute discovery call to discuss your situation, desires, and needs. This is a no-pressure call where we will learn about each other and determine if we're a good fit. 

You'll complete a questionnaire to prepare for our Strong Start Foundation Setting session.

This will help you get greater clarity on your goals and what you want from our coaching relationship. It helps me understand more about you and your situation. It helps us maximize the time we spend together when we meet for your first session.

You'll complete an Everything DiSC® assessment which will help you understand your style preferences, priorities, motivators, and stressors. 

You'll learn more about your style by listening to a podcast of your style from Everything DiSC's psychometric guru, Dr. Mark Scullard.  

You'll bring your insights and questions to your coaching session. We'll discuss your strengths and  motivators, and use that as launching pad to help you reach your goals more easily.  

You'll have ongoing access to a platform where you can continue to learn about your own and other people's styles. This will be valuable to help you work with and lead others better. 

We'll continue to help you achieve your goals through ongoing coaching sessions (typically 2-3 times per month for 45 minutes each). 

Coaching is a process of inquiry to provoke self-reflection and critical thinking. You'll begin the process by planning for a successful coaching session using a pre-session coaching form. 

In these sessions, we'll help you gain greater clarity and self-awareness, navigate through challenges, explore new opportunities, increase your self-confidence, and tap into your inner wisdom.

We'll recap each call and prioritize key actions. I'll hold you accountable for the actions you choose to take to meet your goals. 

You'll reflect on your coaching session by completing a post-session coaching form. 

You'll have access to me through Whats App to share wins or quickly problem-solve a situation. 

It's like having a coach in your pocket!  

You'll have access to a private Coaching Platform. You'll use this to schedule and prepare for your coaching sessions, access resources, and take notes. 

We'll also use this for our call recordings and add extra resources as needed.  

You'll complete a Turn Insights Into Action coaching reflection worksheet. 

We'll conclude our coaching by cementing your key learning moments, celebrate your results, and discuss what's next for your growth.
